Executive-Level Opportunity
Shape the Future of Premium Lighting Innovation
We're seeking an entrepreneurial product and market strategist to help define the next chapter of an innovative company developing proprietary lighting technologies for luxury residential, commercial, and experiential environments.
This is not a traditional product management role.
We're looking for someone who sees possibilities where others see products. Someone who can identify emerging markets, strategic partnerships, and new applications for breakthrough technology, then lead those ideas from concept through execution.
If you've ever thought, "Why isn't this technology being used here?" or "This product could transform an entirely different industry," this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
You'll work directly with executive leadership and have the autonomy to influence product direction, market strategy, and long-term business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop the long-term strategy for a portfolio of premium lighting and technology products.
- Identify new industries, customer segments, and commercial applications for proprietary technologies.
- Research emerging consumer, architectural, hospitality, luxury residential, and commercial market trends.
- Build strategic partnerships with designers, architects, developers, manufacturers, technology partners, and industry organizations.
- Evaluate new product concepts, market opportunities, and business cases.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership to bring innovative ideas to market.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor competitive products, technologies, and market shifts to identify opportunities before competitors.
- Help define product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and future product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization.
