ABOUT THE ROLE: The Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) provides leadership for Nulo's demand planning and integrated business planning processes. This position brings together commercial, financial, operational, and market insights to develop a trusted demand plan, improve organizational alignment, and support informed business decisions. This role serves as a collaborative business partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Product Development, Customer Service, and external manufacturing partners, helping the organization anticipate opportunities, identify risks, and continuously improve planning capabilities through analytics, technology, automation, and artificial intelligence. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: · Trusted demand forecasts that improve decision-making across the business. · Strong alignment between commercial, operational, and financial plans. · Improved inventory positioning while maintaining exceptional customer service. · Earlier identification of supply, demand, and customer risks. · Modern planning capabilities that scale with Nulo's continued growth. · A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making. WHAT YOU’LL DO: · Provide leadership for Nulo's demand forecasting process and continuously improve forecast accuracy. · Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) process, facilitating cross-functional alignment and consensus. · Guide the integration of commercial, promotional, financial, operational, and external demand signals into a unified operating plan. · Manage the development of executive dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reporting that support strategic and operational decisions. · Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product Development, Customer Service, and Procurement to improve planning effectiveness. · Collaborate with co-manufacturing partners to strengthen forecast visibility and production planning. · Lead initiatives that leverage AI, automation, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to improve planning capabilities. · Guide continuous improvement efforts related to planning processes, systems, master data, and reporting. WHO YOU ARE: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. · 10+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP), supply chain planning, or related disciplines. · Demonstrated success leading cross-functional planning initiatives in a consumer products or manufacturing environment. · Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. · Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: · MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline. · Experience supporting rapid organizational growth in a consumer products environment. · Experience planning across a co-manufacturing network. · Hands-on experience with demand forecasting and supply planning platforms (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or similar). · Experience supporting multi-channel businesses, including national retail, specialty retail, e-commerce, and international markets. · International business, global supply chain, or import/export planning experience. · Sales, category management, or commercial planning experience is a plus. · Experience applying/building AI-enabled business tools to forecasting, analytics, or decision support.
