Director of IT and Innovation

The Director of IT & Innovation will report to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and will lead the Company s information technology strategy, operations, and innovation initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that support business operations and long-term strategic objectives. The Director oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, programming, automation, vendor relationships, and emerging technologies while leading internal IT staff and managed service providers (MSPs). Working closely with leadership across the organization, this individual drives technology planning, operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement to enhance business performance and the employee experience. The Director of IT and Innovation will be a champion and leader of our company's core values, while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.

Some responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing IT team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Direct the Company s technology operations, including infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, programming, and automation.
• Develop and execute the Company s technology strategy, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives and future growth.
• Oversee technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and system reliability.
• Manage relationships with managed service providers (MSPs), software vendors, and technology partners to ensure exceptional service and value.
• Lead technology budgeting, strategic planning, software licensing, and technology lifecycle management.
• Champion innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish technology governance, performance metrics, and operational standards while providing leadership with insight into IT performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
