Director of IT - Arcis Golf Corporate Office

Scope:

The IT Director's responsibilities include managing/mentoringemployees within the IT department, liaising with otherbusiness unitstounderstand technical needs, and developing and implementing solutions thatfulfill theorganizations’objectives.This role requires prior experience in an equivalent leadership position, demonstrating the ability to oversee teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results in a complex IT environment.

Primary Responsibilitiesinclude the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Overseeing all IT operations including staff and infrastructure

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in linewith organizational objectives

• Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement

• Demonstratingtechnical expertise and knowledge of the relevant platform / products in scope of role 

• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors

• CommunicatingwithITteamand across all departments

• Assessing theneedfor new equipment and software

• Contributingto team effortsby accomplishing related results

Qualifications/Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum5-7years’ experiencein a related role

• Expert proficiency level with:Microsoft Active Directory/ 365,Firewall/Network solutions such as CiscoMeraki, and WindowsServer/VMware.SQL Server knowledge a plus

• Exceptional critical thinking skills

• Strong customer service skills,with the ability to communicate clearlyand interact at all levels of the business including members of the senior leadership team

• Excellent project managementskills

• Point-of-Sale experience a plus

• Sense of urgency and ability to effectively prioritizeprojects

• Travel10%-20%
