  • Ensure infrastructure meets financial industry regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Partner with the CISO and security team to harden systems against evolving threats
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with infrastructure vendors, MSPs, and cloud providers
  • Develop and manage the infrastructure budget and multi-year technology roadmap
  • Drive capacity planning and performance monitoring across data center and cloud resources

  • 10 or more years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and data center operations
  • Proven track record managing disaster recovery and business continuity programs
  • Strong understanding of IT security frameworks and regulatory requirements such as FINRA, SEC, or SOX
  • Experience managing vendor contracts, SLAs, and infrastructure budgets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k plan with employer match
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays
  • Annual performance bonus eligibility
