Job Summary

Under the direction of the Chief Technology Officer, the Director of IT Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight of the District s technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, network operations, data center services, telecommunications, and technical support. This position leads the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of districtwide IT operations to ensure reliable, secure, and innovative technology services that support student learning and business operations. The Director supervises IT staff, manages complex technology projects, develops operational procedures, collaborates with school and district leaders, and advances technology initiatives aligned with the District s strategic goals.
