We are looking for an IT professional who enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement, making thoughtful recommendations, and executing projects that strengthen our technology environment. You’re patient with non-technical users, enjoy creating workable solutions with imperfect information, and you’re comfortable building IT infrastructure from the ground up.

Must have the ability to hold government clearance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute a full migration to Microsoft 365
• Support NetSuite implementation and ensure compatibility with identity and collaboration tools
• Manage networks including Wi-Fi, routers, firewall setup (future), and general connectivity
• Support equipment used in manufacturing and lab environments (tablets, machines, test systems, etc.)
• Establish access control, password standards, device security, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Help select and recommend collaboration tools (Slack/Teams, Confluence, etc.)
• Assist in future evaluation of project management tools as needed
• Maintain legacy systems during transition periods and ensure data continuity
• Build IT documentation that supports ISO and SOX audit readiness.
• Implement foundational cybersecurity controls and security awareness processes.
• Establish documented IT processes, inventory management, and lifecycle management.
• Manage and mentor a Network/Systems admin and a Help Desk Specialist
• Ensure IT strategy and support structure treat macOS and Windows equally within the organization

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on management of IT Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure experience.
• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365 
• Experience planning and executing company-wide technology migrations.
• Practical experience supporting ISO-controlled environments and SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Experience creating and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and audit documentation.
• Experience managing endpoint security, identity management, and access controls.
• Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, switching, and routing- Cisco and Palo Alto preferred
• Experience supporting ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or hardware environments.
• Experience in publicly traded companies.
• Experience supporting SOX audits and ITGC testing.
• ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or similar quality/security framework experience.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Merak preferred).
• Experience with cloud identity platforms and MFA solutions.
• Experience withintegrating an acquired company’s IT infrastructure

Compensation 

• Competitive compensation package dependent upon experience $140K - $170K
