The Director of Information Technology provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the organizations Information Systems department. This role is responsible for the planning, implementation, governance, security, and optimization of technology systems supporting clinical, financial, and operational functions. The Director ensures alignment of technology initiatives with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and financial sustainability while maintaining system reliability, security, and performance. Associate, bachelors or masters degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business,orrelated field, and/or related experience in information technology as stated below. High school diploma or GED also required. Minimum Qualifications (one of the following): Associate degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business, or related field + 13 years progressive experience in information technology Bachelors degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business, or related field +11 years progressive experience in information technology Masters degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business, or related field + 9 years progressive experience in information technology 15 years progressive experience in IT/information systems with demonstrated leadership qualities and responsibilities AND Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
