Job Title: Director of Learning and Development Location: 1405 Shady Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15217 Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time, Onsite Responsibilities The Director of Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive organizational learning strategy that strengthens workforce capabilities and advances The Children’s Institute’s mission. This role provides strategic leadership while also supporting hands‑on development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across clinical services, The Day School, community programs, and administrative functions. The Director ensures staff receive high‑quality training aligned to regulatory requirements, best practices in pediatric care and education, and the organization’s culture of excellence. This leader will collaborate closely with Human Resources, Clinical Leadership, The Day School, Compliance, and key operational partners to build a continuous learning environment that supports employee growth, retention, and performance.
