Director of Legal Services and General Counsel

The client is seeking a Director of Legal Services / General Counsel to provide legal leadership and oversight across the organization. This role will support organizational decision-making by advising leadership on legal matters, helping manage legal risk, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. The Director of Legal Services / General Counsel will oversee the delivery of legal services and will typically manage external legal resources when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong legal judgment, the ability to communicate clearly with non-legal stakeholders, and experience providing executive-level legal counsel.
