Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs for Student Success and Belonging, the Director of LGBT Student Services (LGBTSS) provides leadership for programs and services that support LGBTQIA + students and advance the education of the whole person within an intercultural campus community.
The Director works collaboratively within the Student Success and Belonging cluster in the Division of Student Affairs, and in partnership with other student affairs departments and academic affairs to develop and implement intercultural student development programs that serve the broader LMU community.
Central to this role is the development of student leadership, expanding access to resources, and advancing student retention and persistence to graduation. The Director serves as an advocate, educator, mentor, and program leader for students representing all sexual orientations and gender identities.

$78,600.00 - $102,200.00 Salary commensurate with education and experience.
