Rotary Senior Living has an opportunity to welcome a Director of Life Enrichment/Director of Social Services to our team! In the Life enrichment role this person will actively develop, implement, and maintain life-enriching activities and programs to promote physical and psychosocial wellness of our residents. In the Directo of Social Services the ideal candidate will excel at serving, protecting and advocating for our residents and familie. Rotary Senior Living is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) featuring 38-units of Independent Living (IL) duplexes surrounding the campus, a 10-unit Assisted Living (AL) with Memory Support, a Residential Care facility with 15-beds, a 46-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and a Wellness Center that includes a gym, pool and outpatient therapy.

Rotary Senior Living is hiring a Director of Life Enrichment

JOB SUMMARY:

Utilizing staff, family, volunteers and community resources, the Director of Life Enrichment plans, develops, coordinates, and maintains an extensive program of activities designed to provide mental, physical, and social stimulation that meets individualized needs, interests, and capabilities of the residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful completion of state-specific required training/certification, such as the Activity Professional Qualification Course; if not currently obtained, must be obtained within first six months of employment.
  • Demonstrates leadership abilities.
  • Excel in time management and ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining an organized schedule.
  • Able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
  • Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
