- Originate new opportunities
- Underwrite new deals
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies for properties in the Florida and California markets.
- Identify potential opportunities in line with the company's investment objectives.
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to support acquisition decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and brokers.
- Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior leadership for approval.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the property industry.
- Drive efforts to meet and exceed acquisition targets in the designated regions.

A successful Director of Acquisitions FL/CA Market should have:
