Description

  • Originate new opportunities
  • Underwrite new deals
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies for properties in the Florida and California markets.
  • Identify potential opportunities in line with the company's investment objectives.
  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to support acquisition decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and brokers.
  • Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior leadership for approval.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
