About the Team:

What You’ll Do:
- Lead technical production for recurring live events, broadcasts, and special productions.
- Partner with creative leadership to bring event concepts to life through exceptional audio, video, and lighting execution.
- Direct live productions, making confident technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor volunteer and team members across audio, video, lighting, graphics, and stage operations.
- Oversee production planning, rehearsals, and event execution to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production standards and support ongoing technical improvements.
- Help develop future production leaders while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
Core Tech & Skills:
- Digital audio consoles and live sound mixing
- Professional lighting consoles and programming
- Video switching, routing, IMAG, and camera systems
- LED walls and large-format display technologies
- Live presentation software
- Volunteer scheduling and team management platforms
- Wireless microphone and in-ear monitor systems
- Broadcast and live streaming workflows
- Audio-over-IP technologies (Dante, MADI, or similar)
- Basic AV networking and production system troubleshooting
Nice to Have:
- Experience leading production in a multi-site environment
