Description

The Director of Logistics will lead the transformation of Romacs logistics and material flow operations during a period of significant organizational growth. This role is responsible for establishing centralized logistics governance, standardizing operational execution across all sites, and building scalable transportation and inventory management systems that support the companys continued expansion.

The Director of Logistics will drive the transition from decentralized, relationship-based logistics management to a disciplined, metrics-driven supply chain organization focused on inventory accuracy, transportation optimization, process standardization, and operational visibility. This leader will partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, Customer Service, and site leadership to ensure consistent execution across all facilities while fostering a culture of accountability, standard work, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the enterprise logistics strategy to support a rapidly growing, multi-site manufacturing organization.
  • Lead the transformation and optimization of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and material flow across all locations.
  • Establish standardized logistics processes, governance, and scalable operating models that drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver best-in-class logistics performance.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing logistics and warehouse teams while driving continuous improvement, technology adoption, and organizational change.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including multi-site environments.
  • Proven success leading operational transformation through process standardization, continuous improvement, and organizational change.
  • Strong expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory management, carrier management, and freight optimization within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred), coupled with exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Base Compensation Range: $122,100-$195,400. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
