Salary range: $200,000 - $230,000

This role involves setting the technical vision for ML projects, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge, production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of machine learning engineers and scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Define and execute the machine learning strategy and roadmap, identifying key areas for ML investment and development aligned with product goals.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable machine learning models and infrastructure.

• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of machine learning systems through the implementation of robust testing, monitoring, and MLOps practices.

• Work closely with product management, engineering, and research teams to integrate ML solutions into core products and services.

• Drive technical excellence within the team, promoting best practices in coding, model development, and deployment.

• Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of ML initiatives.

• Communicate technical concepts and project status to stakeholders across the organization.

• Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of ML talent.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in machine learning, with substantial experience (typically 3+ years) in a leadership or management capacity.

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Statistics.

• Expertise in various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their application to real-world problems.

• Strong understanding of MLOps principles and experience with deploying and managing ML models in production at scale.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed ML training and inference.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor individuals, and foster a strong team culture.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience contributing to the strategic planning and execution of ML initiatives.
