Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or construction management; and/or five years of increasingly responsible experience in trades/construction or project management, including at least five years in supervisory capacity over maintenance, custodial, and facilities. Familiarity with Department of the State Architect (DSA) and Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) code and requirements; ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans is required.
