Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to maximize equipment up-time and performance.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance & housekeeping staff to promote professional growth and high-quality work standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to support production goals and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot complex equipment problems.
- Prepare and analyze maintenance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operations.
