    Job Summary

    The Director of Maintenance oversees the operational performance of multiple 7 Brew Coffee locations, ensuring alignment with company standards, financial goals, and customer experience expectations. This leadership role is critical in fostering a culture of kindness, connection, and facility and equipment excellence across the region. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, executing preventive maintenance, and ensuring rapid-response support for the brand's signature high-speed drive-thru stands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Earn and maintain the respect of both managers and team members through hard work, honesty, and

    strong leadership.

    • Support and oversee the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, development, and termination of all maintenance & facility crew.
    • Lead the process for all disciplinary actions.
    • Foster a motivating environment through consistent rewards, appreciation, and acknowledgement of

    team members who perform well and meet or exceed performance goals.

    • Creating a positive work culture for all team members.
    • Ensure consistency in training programs across locations.
    • Supervise and support daily Maintenance across all stores.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Analyze and manage regional financials, including P&L, labor costs, and operating expenses.
    • Address and resolve customer and employee issues to ensure satisfaction and continuous

    improvement.

    Skill & Competencies

    • Commercial Equipment Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with commercial espresso machines, grinders, commercial refrigeration, and automated brewing equipment.
    • Cross-Trade Knowledge: Strong, verifiable experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems common in fast-paced retail or restaurant environments.
    • CMMS Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, manage spare parts, and schedule recurring tasks.
    • Quality & Safety Compliance: Complete working knowledge of OSHA, local health codes, and food safety standards.
    • Must be willing and able to 'do the work' of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical work and other maintenance and facility work as needed.
    • Expected Hours of Work:

    • This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are subject to the needs of the business. This could mean weekends, early mornings (5AM) and late nights (11PM).
    • Salary: $85K - $100K based on experience
