Senior Director of ManufacturingThis Senior Director of Manufacturing will be responsible for:Leading multi-site manufacturing operations and scaling capacityDriving Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiativesEstablishing KPIs and managing performance across OEE, yield, and throughputBuilding and enforcing standardized operating models across facilitiesOverseeing production, planning, maintenance, and shop floor executionPartnering cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and financeImplementing and optimizing ERP systems (Epicor)Strengthening process controls and statistical process control (SPC) systemsOwning operational financial performance including cost and capital planningDeveloping leadership teams and building succession pipelinesSupporting expansion, new facility ramp-up, and capacity growthEnsuring compliance with ISO, AS9100, and regulatory standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
