The Director of High Purity (Semiconductor) Operations is a senior operations leader responsible for end‑to‑end performance of Mott's high purity and ultra‑high purity manufacturing operations serving the semiconductor industry. This role owns operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and scalability for mission‑critical products including high purity filters, point‑of‑use gas components, diffusers, flow restrictors, and custom‑engineered solutions used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments.
The Director will partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to scale production, enable innovation, and meet increasingly stringent purity, reliability, and compliance requirements of leading semiconductor OEMs and fabs. This position plays a critical role in supporting Mott's strategic growth in microelectronics while maintaining industry‑leading quality and operational rigor.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $158,600.00 - $237,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
