Pay: $125,000-$160,000 annually
The Director of Manufacturing is responsible for leading operations across multiple Truss, Door & Millwork manufacturing facilities. This role serves as a strategic and operational leader, partnering with Plant Managers and General Managers to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations across all sites.
The Director drives alignment to company FACE values, mission, and vision while implementing operational strategies that achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role is accountable for developing strong plant leadership, standardizing best practices across product lines, and ensuring consistency in performance, culture, and customer experience across all manufacturing operations.
