Enrollment, Marketing and Communications LOCATION: Longview DATE POSTED: 08-25-2026 REPORTS TO: Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing and Communications SCHEDULE:
Office hours are primarily weekdays 8AM - 5PM, but responsibilities will occasionally require additional hours and flexibility that can include evenings and weekends.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Overall Purpose: Lead the institution's market intelligence, CRM strategy, analytics, and technology infrastructure to drive enrollment growth, strengthen brand performance, enhance the student experience, and support data-informed decision-making across the organization.
The Director for Market Intelligence and Student Recruitment CRM is a strategic partner and division leader, reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications. This person oversees the implementation and application of Salesforce for our recruitment and enrollment process.
In addition, this person serves as the technology and data expert on the Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications leadership team, leveraging Salesforce and other technologies in collaboration with our IT team to strengthen this division in its service to the University and its constituents.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The Director for Market Intelligence and Student Recruitment CRM is expected to embody an enthusiastic and contagious Christian faith, demonstrating a strong commitment to service within an interdenominational, evangelical Christian university that prioritizes the integration of faith and academic excellence. A bachelor's degree in business, education, technology, marketing, or a related field is required and at least 5-7 years of experience. Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is essential. A master's degree preferred. The role demands exceptional organizational, research, management, communication, and strategic thinking/problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate must excel in leading collaborative project teams of creative employees and manage multiple large projects concurrently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for working effectively with a diverse range of constituencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in project management, strategic thinking, systems architecture, data integration, and innovation within their professional portfolio. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to function as part of a multidisciplinary team and quickly learn and integrate new tools and technologies to meet constituency needs.
