This role oversees an integrated team spanning marketing, sales and design - building strategies that connect churches, ministry leaders and believers with the resources they need. The right candidate is equal parts creative visionary and data-driven strategist. They can tell a compelling brand story and measure its bottom-line impact. They are energized by mission, experienced in ministry or publishing contexts, and motivated to lead a team that believes the work genuinely matters.QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.- Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience.- Minimum years experience in a Director-level role with direct staff management and cross-functional leadership.- Customer Service.- General Office Skills.
