Position Summary
The Director of Marketing serves as a key strategic and operational leader reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and plays an essential role in advancing the credit union's brand, member engagement, and community presence. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives, managing campaigns and timelines, overseeing vendor relationships, creating engaging content, and supporting community outreach efforts.
Cultivates a positive, service-driven culture that delivers an exceptional experience for both members and associates. This role actively supports and reinforces the Credit Union's Vision, Mission, and Core Values through leadership, accountability, and consistent operational excellence.

Service Credit Union was established in 1957 to support military personnel and their families at what was then Pease Air Force Base in New Hampshire.
