Schilling Beer Co. is looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to build the systems, team, and campaigns that carry our brand into its next stage of growth. You'll turn our story and values — family, community, and excellence — into a repeatable brand strategy that a growing team can execute and measure, while keeping our voice consistent across every channel and touchpoint.
Duties:
Own brand strategy end-to-end — aesthetics, voice, and messaging — as the filter through which company decisions pass.
Lead social media, digital, and e-commerce presence, and develop targeted product campaigns.
Sit on the senior leadership team, partnering with executive and sales leadership on company-wide strategy.
Build and launch brand-aligned initiatives and partnerships.
Own community engagement and select events, supervising an events and hospitality lead.
Shape internal and external communications, strengthening cross-department alignment.
Partner with sales leadership to align brand strategy with wholesale, onsite, and e-commerce growth, and support brand ambassador development.
Build KPIs and reporting for brand health, digital/e-commerce performance, and community engagement.
Build and lead a small, high-performing marketing team.
Requirements:
5+ years in marketing within the craft beer industry, with a track record of measurable results and growing responsibility.
A sharp, data-informed thinker who can measure what's working, adjust what isn't, and back big decisions balancing quantitative data with ‘feel’.
A natural storyteller and confident writer — polished, concise, and authentically human.
A collaborative team player who leads by example, builds strong internal relationships, and puts the team's success first.
A sharp eye for design and aesthetics, with an intuitive sense of what fits the brand.
Proven ability to manage initiatives on time and on budget, and to lead and develop a team.
Willingness to travel occasionally to represent the brand at events.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range between $110,000-$130,000, plus a performance-based bonus of an additional 10–15%.
Full health benefits and a retirement plan with 4% company match.
Generous paid time off.
Start Date: As soon as possible for the right candidate.
Please submit both a cover letter and resume for consideration.
