Meet LifeStone Ministries

LifeStone Ministries is a non-profit Christian publishing ministry with a 125-year legacy of providing biblically and theologically sound resources. Our mission is to empower Christian disciples to make disciples. We serve churches, families, and homeschoolers through our Christian Life Series, Illuminate Bible Series, TAGlife Sunday School curricula, and digital discipleship tools. We are currently in a season of growth, modernizing our brand and expanding our digital footprint to reach the next generation of believers.

At LifeStone, you aren't just selling a product; you are equipping the Body of Christ with the Word of God. You will work in a collaborative environment that values theological integrity as much as professional excellence. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to leave a lasting eternal impact.

About the Director of Marketing

We are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing to lead our growth efforts. This individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between our historic legacy and the modern digital marketplace. You will oversee all aspects of brand identity, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our curriculum lines, digital apps, and mission initiatives.

The Director of Marketing's responsibilities include:

  • Brand Ambassador: Craft and maintain the cohesive brand identity of LifeStone Ministries, ensuring a consistent voice that honors our mission across all platforms.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, AEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email) to grow all products.
  • Product Launch Leadership: Partner with the editors, graphic design, and product teams to create go-to-market strategies for new content.
  • Product Management: Manage the marketing and product lifecycles for our diverse portfolio, including Sunday school products, VBS materials, homeschool curriculums, and our upcoming coffee product and retail store.
  • Website, Email, & Digital Content Systems: Maintain website messaging, manage email newsletters, automated communication flows, and digital resource libraries.
  • Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-value content that positions LifeStone as a thought leader in discipleship and biblical education.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Manage the marketing budget and utilize analytics to track KPIs, focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) for church partners
  • Content Planning & Editorial Calendar: Manage a content-wide calendar, plan seasonal campaigns, and coordinate content needs with team and contractors
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the organization's social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to promote engagement, events, and ministry stories. This includes overseeing the creation and publishing of original text, images, and video content while reviewing all comments and community interactions to foster growth and brand sentiment.
