Overview:

The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for the development, execution, and management of marketing strategies and programs that support growth, brand awareness, community engagement, and recruitment initiatives across a multi-site hospice organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, quarterly plans, and KPI tracking
  2. Execute campaigns, manage SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing programs.
  3. Oversee website content, performance, SEO optimization, and analytics insights.
  4. Develop and manage social strategies, create content, manage engagement, and grow audience.
  5. Maintain brand standards, develop creative assets, ensure consistency across channels.
  6. Manage PR, media outreach, internal communications, and leadership messaging.
  7. Create compelling content across web, campaign, internal and external communications
  8. Track performance, build reports, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns.
  9. Coordinate vendors, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  10. Develop brochures, collateral, signage, and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  11. Support hiring campaigns, employer branding, and job marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  2. 2–5+ years of marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content development, and analytics.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
