Director of Marketing

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Director of Marketing to lead sales and marketing efforts for our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a passion for serving seniors, and a proven ability to generate leads and increase occupancy.

Wage: $65,000-$70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to support occupancy goals.
• Build relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, senior organizations, and community partners.
• Generate and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the move-in process.
• Plan community events, outreach activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate lead and referral records.
• Monitor marketing results, competitor activity, and local market trends.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to achieve census goals.
• Represent the community professionally throughout the local area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, marketing, business, healthcare, assisted living, memory care, or senior care, or related experience.
• Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
• Valid MN Driver's License.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, social media, and Microsoft Office.
• Professional, compassionate, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of government programs- EW and CADI, Housing Support.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statues that pertain to Assisted Living requirements- preferred.
