Description
Job Summary The Marketing Director / Project Manager oversees marketing initiatives for a national law firm and its regional offices. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand standards, supporting regional offices, and coordinating projects across digital, print, web, social media, and advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement national and regional marketing strategies.
Manage brand standards, websites, social media, digital marketing, and print materials.
Support and collaborate with regional offices on marketing initiatives.
Coordinate marketing projects, events, conventions, and seminars.
Monitor industry trends and recommend marketing improvements.
Manage departmental budget and marketing expenditures.
Communicate marketing initiatives with leadership, regional offices, and executive teams.
Oversee multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2–5 years of marketing or project management experience.
Experience with graphic design and digital marketing.
Strong writing, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Experience in professional services or legal marketing is a plus.
