We are seeking a seasoned, high-energy, strategic VP or Director of Marketing to help accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will be strong in digital marketing, demand generation, branding, and both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. This leader must be able to innovate in a collaborative environment while developing both marketing strategy and executing programs that drive measurable results. Experience within the medical aesthetics industry (skincare, injectables, or aesthetic devices) is required.

About the role

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and elevate brand equity
• Lead digital marketing and demand generation initiatives across multiple channels to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
• Define, create, and own marketing content ensuring consistent messaging across both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Develop and evolve each product’s key value proposition and competitive positioning.
• Design, build, and execute go-to-market strategies for new products ensuring timely and cost-effective launches.
• Own full-funnel marketing strategy including planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Conceptualize and deliver multi-channel growth strategies using SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social, influencer/community development, programmatic display, mobile/web channels, and traditional marketing tactics.
• Establish clear priorities and deliver high-impact initiatives on time and within budget.
• Guide and collaborate with the social media marketing manager to design, build, and maintain a strong digital presence.
• Support trade show participation and event marketing strategy.
• Partner with sales leadership to communicate product value and develop sales enablement tools.
• Control budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing ROI and achieve key metrics in an agile environment.
• Extract actionable insights from customer research, feedback, and data analytics.
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure brand differentiation and strong market positioning.
• Communicate project progress, needs, and results to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field required
• MBA preferred
• 5–7+ years of medical or healthcare marketing experience required
• Experience in medical aesthetics marketing including skincare, injectables, or aesthetic devices .
• Demonstrated success leading digital marketing, demand generation, and branding initiatives
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategy while also executing campaigns hands-on
• Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams
