Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Director of Operations to help oversee and scale the day-to-day operations of Revolve Real Estate, one of Northeast Pennsylvania’s fastest-growing real estate brokerages. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys building systems, improving processes, managing projects, and helping drive company growth.

The Director of Operations will work closely with company leadership across operations, marketing, recruiting, branding, systems management, team coordination, and business development initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real estate, media, marketing, growth strategy, and executive-level business operations within a modern and rapidly evolving company.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts while helping create structure and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

Operations & Systems Management

Help oversee and improve operational systems, workflows, and internal processes to support company growth, efficiency, and organization.

Team & Project Coordination

Coordinate projects, initiatives, deadlines, and communication across agents, vendors, leadership, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Marketing & Brand Oversight

Assist with company branding, social media coordination, marketing campaigns, events, and content initiatives to strengthen market presence and visibility.

Recruiting & Growth Initiatives

Support recruiting efforts, onboarding systems, training coordination, and company growth initiatives to help scale the organization strategically.

CRM & Data Management

Maintain organization and oversight of CRM systems, lead pipelines, reporting, and operational tracking to improve accountability and performance.

Leadership Support & Problem Solving

Work directly with company leadership to identify inefficiencies, solve operational challenges, and help execute high-level business priorities.

Office & Business Operations

Help oversee daily office functionality, vendor coordination, scheduling, and operational logistics to maintain a productive and professional environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative
  • Experience in operations, project management, marketing, business administration, or leadership roles preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google SEO, Microsoft Office, Canva, and project management platforms preferred
  • Social media, branding, or marketing experience is critical
  • Real estate experience is beneficial but not required
  • Must be highly adaptable, proactive, and growth-oriented
