As the Director of Medical-Surgical Services, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing performance and results across multiple sites. You will foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to support facility objectives. 3+ years’ Director experience in an acute care setting, Med-Surg preferred.
Will consider Nurse Managers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care setting.
Active RN License or compact license required.

Cultivate a superior clinical identity by implementing evidence-based practices to advance patientsafety and quality outcomes.
Manage clinical practice variations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
Ensure accountability and transparency in care provision.
Stay abreast of benchmarks, accreditations, and designations, actively pursuing efforts to achieve them.
Provide leadership in delivering an unparalleled patient experience, leveraging feedbackmechanisms to improve customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture that inspires commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
Collaborate with administrative teams and physicians to enhance services or develop newofferings.
Participate in the annual budget process, monitor budget performance, and implement actions toaddress performance gaps.

36 beds with a 6:1 patient ratio.
