Here''s what you''ll do during a typical day:
- Participate in the process to create Club structure and Club documents, including Membership Plan, Rules and Regulations, Applications and all other necessary documents
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies
- Maintain Sales Database
- Define local, regional and national target markets for prospective members
- Create and maintain Club collateral
- Review documents, pricing, existing sales and marketing strategies
- Analysis and management of prospective membership demographics, prospects lists and rejection list.
- Plan, organize and implement prospective member events
- Create and maintain comprehensive member Club communications coordinate member activities, programs and publication of member newsletter
- Maintain website in collaboration with the resort marketing office.
- Act as membership liaison to the Resort Executive Committee
- Establish Advisory Board, Polls and comprehensive quarterly reports pertaining to the needs of the membership
- Assist and direct in new member orientation
- Resolve member issues
- Establish and track members' spending statistics
- Define Club organizational chart and job descriptions
- Supervise and manage the Club Sales Manager, Club Service Coordinator, Club Concierge and assist CFO in management of Member Billing Coordinator.
- Develop Club policies and procedures including S.O.P's training tools for the Club team
- Attend New Hire Team Member Orientations to introduce your functions
