What You Will Bring

Qualifications may vary by position and community. Candidates should have:

• A current Registered Nurse license in accordance with state requirements
• At least one year of RN experience in assisted living, home care or hospice and two years of RN experience in a care setting
• A bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred
• Gerontology certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care, preferred
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
• The ability to participate in an on-call rotation when required for the position
