Director of Nursing- Behavioral Health Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established and growing SUD and mental health organization. They are looking to add a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations based out of the Albion, IN area. This is an on-site position. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.

Director of Nursing- Behavioral Health Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing. 
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 2+ years of RN experience; behavioral health experience preferred. 
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.

Director of Nursing- Behavioral Health Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and staff scheduling. 
• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Lead infection control, testing, and vaccination programs. 
• Manage medical supplies, medications, and quality assurance activities.
