Director of Nursing (DON) –Large LTC Facility in White Plains
Salary: $200K –$250K + Full Benefits
A well-established large Long-Term Care facility is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and oversee nursing staff.
This role requires a proven nursing leader with prior DON experience in a large LTC setting who can drive high standards of care, strong team leadership, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- 5+ years of LTC experience
- 2+ years as DON or in senior nursing leadership
- Strong clinical leadership and team management skills
