Job Description

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Director of Nursing (DON) to serve as the clinical leader for our single-site Assisted Living and Memory Care units. This is a meaningful opportunity to elevate resident care, strengthen clinical practice, and shape the culture of a dedicated team that values excellence, collaboration, and person-centered service. In this role, you’ll guide clinical operations, champion regulatory compliance, and ensure our caregiving teams provide safe, consistent, and compassionate care every day.

Join a collaborative nursing leadership team where the Director of Nursing is supported by an Assistant Director of Nursing and 24/7 coverage from LN/RN Resident Care Coordinators. Our shared leadership model ensures you are never carrying the responsibility alone, allowing you to focus on quality care, team development, and resident outcomes.

Starting Pay Range: $125,000 - $140,000 annually

Sign-on Bonus: $20,000 (paid in quarterly installments across the first year)
