Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Long Island based ASC that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full time Director of Nursing opportunity near Port Jefferson Station, NY. This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on a commitment to quality service to its patients.
Position: Director of Nursing (Operating Room)
Qualifications:
5+ years of high-level nurse management experience. We are looking for a leader who has already carried budget, personnel, and regulatory accountability — not a charge nurse ready for a first director role.
5–10 years of orthopedic operating room experience. You know total joints, sports medicine, hand, spine, and the implant and instrumentation demands that come with them.
