Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a strong RN leader who values teamwork, accountability, and quality resident care.
This role oversees nursing operations, staff support, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day clinical performance.
Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 annually
Annual survey bonus opportunity up to $10,000
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license
- Previous DON, ADON, or nurse leadership experience in skilled nursing
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process
- Strong leadership and communication skills
