Salary: $105,000-$110,000 + Bonus Opportunity
Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) RN to lead our nursing department in a well-established, 40-bed skilled nursing facility.
Located in the beautiful village of Moravia, our facility offers a small, home-like environment where leadership can make a meaningful impact. We maintain a stable census, strong survey history, and an experienced clinical support team, including a Unit Manager/ADON.

Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff
Oversee daily clinical operations
Ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and facility regulations
Maintain high standards of resident care and clinical outcomes
Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning
Support staff development and retention
Promote resident rights and quality care
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
