Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a "Director of Emergency Services" for a position in "Albuquerque, NM"
Details:
Specialty: Emergency Services / Emergency Department Leadership
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital / Specialty Heart Hospital
Pay Rate: Competitive based on experience + bonus eligible
Shift/Hours: Full-Time, Leadership Schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program required
- Candidates without a BSN must be actively enrolled in an accredited BSN program with a scheduled completion date
- Current RN license or license acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing leadership/management experience required
- Emergency Department leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an acute care hospital environment
- Strong operational, financial, staffing, and quality management experience
- Proven ability to develop staff, improve employee engagement, and drive accountability
- Experience managing budgets, productivity, patient throughput, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent physician relationship management and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification preferred
