Director of Nursing - Home Health & Hospice

As Director of Nursing for Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, you'll oversee clinical excellence for both our home health and hospice teams, shaping how care is delivered, how staff are supported, and how patients experience us at some of the most important moments of their lives.

Schedule you can count on

This is a full time, salaried leadership role based in our Oklahoma City office. As part of the clinical leadership team, you'll share administrative on-call responsibility to support staff and ensure continuity of care after hours.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for both home health and hospice service lines
• Supervise Clinical Supervisors, case managers, and clinical staff across both departments
• Ensure compliance with state and federal home health and hospice regulations and survey readiness
• Own clinical quality outcomes, from care planning to documentation to patient satisfaction
• Partner with HR and recruiting on staffing needs, onboarding, and clinical competency standards
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and support staff development and retention
• Represent clinical operations in leadership meetings and collaborate with Sharon and the broader leadership team
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex clinical or regulatory situations in either department

What we're looking for

• Active RN license in Oklahoma
• Significant experience in both home health and hospice, ideally with leadership experience in each
• Proven track record managing clinical teams and driving compliance and quality outcomes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead across two distinct but connected service lines
• A leadership style rooted in accountability, mentorship, and patient centered care
