Job Details

We are hiring a Director of Nursing for a Home Infusion leadership opportunity in Dallas, TX. This is a strong role for a nursing leader who wants to build, shape, and scale a clinical program from the ground up while partnering closely with pharmacy and executive leadership.

This is not a maintenance role stepping into an already-built structure. It is a true buildout opportunity focused on creating nursing infrastructure, establishing clinical standards, supporting compliance, and helping launch a scalable home infusion platform.

What You’ll Do

Lead the clinical nursing buildout for a home infusion program
Develop nursing policies, protocols, workflows, and documentation standards
Help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, including HCSSA and ACHC readiness
Build and oversee infusion nursing processes across IVIG, biologics, specialty therapies, and related service lines
Recruit, train, and develop infusion nursing staff as the program grows
Establish quality, performance, and clinical oversight measures
Partner closely with pharmacy, operations, and executive leadership to support launch and long-term scale

What We’re Looking For

Active RN license
Strong nursing leadership experience, ideally within home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, or related clinical operations
Experience with program buildout, clinical operations, compliance, policy development, or accreditation preparation strongly preferred
Familiarity with ACHC, HCSSA, infusion protocols, and documentation standards is a major plus
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills
Comfortable operating in a build-phase environment with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities
