Director of Nursing

Lead the clinical team at our Johnson City facility as the Director of Nursing, where your expertise will drive quality care and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and champion a resident-centered culture that supports both staff and patients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement nursing policies and quality improvement programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and ongoing staff training

Qualifications:
• Active Tennessee RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and nursing best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
