Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations for a beautiful long term care facility
• Mentor and manage a fully staffed clinical team
• Focus on maintaining a high level of care and quality metrics

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of DON or ADON experience in a long term care or skilled nursing setting
• Active RN license from any state in the US
• A passion for senior care
