Director of Nursing

Hillside a retirement community nestled in Willamette Valley that marries the peaceful, small-town way of life with the sophistication of wine country, is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) for its 20-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Under limited supervision, the DON plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of the communitys residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations; and provides care in accordance with our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."

Salary: $130,000 to $160,000/year Depending on Experience ($5000 relocation assistance available)

Potential to bonus up to 15% annually

To be successful in this role you would have:

• Completed an Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
• Current Oregon RN license
• BS Degree, Masters' Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional management experience in related field
• Outstanding leadership, clinical observation, and assessment skills
• Excellent computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
• Current CPR certification
