Position Overview
The Director of Nursing will oversee the surgery center’s clinical operations, nursing employees, and staff scheduling. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, hands-on leader with operating room experience and prior nursing management or director-level experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for the center’s clinical operations
Supervise, support, and develop clinical employees
Coordinate staff scheduling based on patient volume and procedural needs
Promote safe, efficient, and patient-focused care
Maintain clinical policies, procedures, and staff competencies
Collaborate with administration, physicians, and clinical team members
Support regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and survey readiness
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining clinical employees
Qualifications
Active Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain one
