What Youll Do
Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical care
Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff
Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
Partner with leadership to improve resident outcomes
What You Bring
Active RN license
5+ years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
