This role is responsible for leading, developing, and mentoring a multidisciplinary nursing leadership team, including Associate Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Educators, and Infection Prevention/Wound Care staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and a commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree M.S. Preferred) licensed registered nurse with minimum of 5 years of recent progressive leadership experience, program development & implementation
Working knowledge of QAPI or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Some experience in Long-term Care & Poste Acute Care.
Familiar with federal and state of New York State regulations
